John Mullins is a seasoned sales executive with over 35 years of experience leading revenue growth for small-to-medium enterprises and Fortune 500 corporations, including Pratt & Whitney, United Technologies, Lockheed, and the Wood Group. His career reflects a proven ability to deliver bottom-line results and build high-performing sales organizations on a global scale.

In the last two decades, John has successfully founded, scaled, and sold multiple multi-million-dollar businesses to strategic investors and private equity firms. His ventures spanned both services and manufacturing, covering industries such as power generation services, turbine component manufacturing, oil and gas drilling equipment, and operation & maintenance services for gas, steam, and wind power plants across the Americas and Australia.

John has served as VP of Sales as well as CEO, bringing expertise in sales leadership, new technologies, and performance-driven strategies. His passion has always centered on creating innovative sales techniques and leveraging performance metrics to drive sustainable growth.

Currently, John is the Principal of Sales Execution LLC, a “hands-on” consulting firm focused on helping clients optimize their sales strategy, processes, and execution. He also serves as the founder of the Metro Collective Houston, furthering his commitment to empowering businesses with cutting-edge sales leadership.
