Greg Niellez is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic and operational leadership across global industries, particularly in the energy sector. Known for bridging strategy and execution, Greg has led large-scale operations, driven P&L growth, and successfully navigated organizations through periods of transformation and disruption.

He has held senior leadership roles including COO and EVP at Seabed Geosolutions, where he led restructuring initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as General Manager and COO at UnifiedCommunications.com, where his controlled growth strategy increased margins by 30% and unlocked 100% revenue growth potential within two years. At CGG, he served as Country Manager and VP of Global Operations, expanding into new markets and driving global partnerships.

Currently, Greg is Director of U.S. Operations at H2Au, leading renewable energy initiatives in natural hydrogen and helium exploration across Kansas and Iowa. His expertise spans strategic planning, P&L management, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
